Go Think! Christmas Party

We held this year's Go Think! Christmas party at Amerigo's Restaurant in The Woodlands. It was a great party, one of the best I remember in years. We had a lot of wonderful food, great gifts and a lot of accomplishments to celebrate. We are a blessed bunch at Go Think! We all work well together and we have some incredible clients. What more is there to work than that? Here comes 2011, and I think we're ready...

Standing Left to Right: Randy, Kim, Charles, Jenny, Russell, Eddie, Teresa, Galen, Liz, Jim, Gwent, Tish, Amber, Katie and Bryan.  Sitting Left to Right; Paula, Mikki and Trudy. (Missing from the photo is John Dagley). Truly a talented team all around!

Merry Christmas for sure!

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday season this year. Our Christmas this year was on Sunday at the farm with our family, and it was grand. But, Christmas is like the culmination of a rash of activities surrounding four birthdays in four days leading us up to the big day... the twins birthday's are on the 19th, Amber on the 20th and Mikki on the 22nd... wheeee:-)

The kids fared well with lots of things we hope they can leave here at the farm. The adults in the family fared pretty well with a day that began with breakfast, then on to the tree with a few electronics, clothes, games, Wii's and such flying around. We had a wonderful day, capped off with Mikki cooking a fabulous dinner of rib-eye's in the iron skillet and a crazy game afterwards. All is well! Except for Molly's wisdom tooth about to explode out of her head.... Wow...

Merry Christmas! and Happy New Year!

The grandkids at Christmas...

The Holiday Season is a fabulous time of year. In spite of all the craziness that exists and the hectic schedules we juggle around business and family, having these five little guys around has brightened the season for me. I am looking forward to Sunday when we have our Christmas together. Should bring a new meaning to chaos:-)

Liney, Jack and Brody... I think the girls were right about having all the grandkids close together... it is so much fun watching them grow up together. Jack is three, and Caroline and Brody turned five this Sunday the 19th. Hard to believe in some ways that they are five, and in others, it seems like that's just about right:-)

Jack, with a skint lip, Jack, Brody in the poinsettias, Caroline and Annie all scrunched up...

MikMik and Annie fast asleep at church.... It doesn't get any sweeter than this!

I finally told Grey that he could blow on Papa G's trumpet. Seems to know what he's doing. The boy is fascinated with music... he asked his mom on the way to church if he could go up and hit on the "snare drum"... then he asked about the "tom tom"... she said, "Grey, we'll have to wait and see..." Undeterred, he asked, "Mama, can I hit the high hat?"... "Mama, can I hit the bass drum?" The boy is obsessed with the drums. He's two.

The Farm at Christmas

I love the holidays. The farm is special when Mikki decorates. And I love it with the grandkids here at Christmas. This year, we'll have five here. That makes things really fun.

Also, to complicate the season, this year we agreed to be on the American Cancer Society's Austin County Annual Holiday Farm & Home tour. It was a lot of work to get a place ready we live in daily for guests. But we made it... or better yet, she and Isidro made it:-) Ahh, the truth feels good.
