1st LAB at Go Away Farm!
LAB: Leading & Balancing! Being at Go Away Farm is special, but training there is really a great time for trainee and trainer alike. Such a great atmosphere in which to learn.
The Barn is near! We held our first conference this past weekend. It was a wonderful experience. The facilities are about 80% completed. We should be up and running by Memorial Day weekend. 
Pam Coats and I facilitated the conference. Pam did a fabulous job facilitating DiSC personality profiling. She's a pro to work with and quite engaging as a coach.
Mikki, Diane, Andy and Lauren did a fantastic job this weekend. The food was off-the-charts! The ratings were all at or above 10's on a scale of 1-10. Some were as high as 20. It was delicious.

My boss saw the pics and his mouth is watering even more. We are looking forward to June 12th. Reasha, Claire and I are planning on coming for Memorial Day Sun/Mon.
